1. About Us

MHI Customs is a UK-based watch modification business. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before commissioning a build or making a purchase.

2. Orders & Commissions

All builds at MHI Customs are made to order. When you submit a commission request, we will contact you within 24 hours with a full quote. No work begins until you have approved the quote and paid a deposit.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin a build
• The remaining balance is due before your watch is dispatched
• Build times are typically 2–4 weeks depending on parts availability
• We will keep you updated throughout the build process
• Any changes to the original spec after work has begun may incur additional costs

3. Pricing

All prices shown on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed in your written quote is the price you will pay — we will not change this once agreed.

4. Payment

We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods as agreed at the time of order. Payment details will be provided in your quote. We do not store any card or banking information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free tracked shipping on all UK orders
• International shipping is available — costs will be confirmed at the time of order
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs
• Risk passes to you once the item has been dispatched
• All watches are securely packaged before dispatch

6. Warranty

All MHI Customs builds come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement faults. This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage caused by misuse, drops, or impact
• Water damage if the watch has been submerged beyond its rated depth
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications carried out by third parties
• Normal wear and tear

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photographs, text, and design — is the property of MHI Customs. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MHI Customs' liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
